Despite their polarising musical and geographical insularities, Tokyo based WRACK and Berlin based Max Dahlhaus have joined force to put out their first collaborative EP ‘No Hiraeth’ on Absurd TRAX, weaving the rather melodic and beat based sound by WRACK into the textured layers of brutalist and scrappy sound designs by Max – in turn transforms into a collection of club tools that underpins their musical geniuses while sonically transcending them to the ends of sound spectrum that neither artists have ventured until this synergistic exchange of artistries.
